The One Off is a company based in London. They are a company that like to get the client involved in the deign process. I think this is a good idea as it will make the client feel like they are a part of what is being designed and also make them aware of what kind of work goes into designing something. They consider everything when doing a design from the store interior to the furniture and equipment. They design the sign on the door, create images and photography and write the messages, they even choose what music and smell will suit the brand. This process will really make the client feel like they are being looked after and is probably what makes this company so successful. Clients that they have worked with include Azendi, Blackwell and Wrangler.
