As I havnt really done any visuals for my FMP yet we just discussed possible names for the different price ranges of products. I think it will make sense to have a different name for each range but have it so it links to the others. From thinking of a name it will give me ideas of how to design it visually. I need to start on this as soon as possible so that I will have enough work for the final crit next week.
I showed Justin a mock up of my Design Context book. There are still a few things I need to finish off that I am going to get done as soon as possible so I can send my book off to be printed at the end of the week. We talked about how I could design the front covers and how to make it clear to people that it is a flip book and what are the reasons for me doing this. I need to explain in my introductions why I have included the things that I have to show that I have an understanding of my design context. I need to consider different ways of showing that it is a flip book whether this is going to be in the middle of the book where it would get flipped or whether it would be something that is on the covers.
I have now decided to spend my time in the day working on my FMP and to work on finishing my book on an evening.
